There was a queue, the place seems pretty popular. The lady at the counter was very friendly and nice, helped us with our choice, and we ended up buying beautiful gold earrings for our little girl. The price was also pretty decent, all things considered. I definitely recommend this place for your jewelry needs.

Very thrilled and happy with my experience in this store on my visit to Sofia last week. The male sales assistant was very patient with me when I was seeking advice on what Bulgarian letters were the equivalent to the English alphabet when choosing a pendant so I purchased two Bulgarian letter pendants and a ring. They also gave me a certificate confirming authenticity of the 14k gold and the price paid for my items. Just a heads up for buyers they don’t take card so make sure you have cash! Thankyou so much for a wonderful shopping experience. :-)

Shoppers beware! I went to the shop today to try a gold necklace with zirconium that was listed at BGN 157 on their website. The blonde lady with glasses in the shop gave me the exact same product to try on. When I asked for the price, she took the necklace, weighed it and used a calculator, giving me a price of BGN 214. A friend of mine visited the shop earlier today to buy a pair of silver heart earrings. The tag said BGN 25 but the dark-haired lady weighed the earrings and said that this was the 'old' price, the new one would be BGN 47. Another friend bought a necklace and earrings a few months ago and when I called her today she checked the 'certificates' and even though the items were bought the same day, the certificates for the respective items had two different dates. There is no pos terminal in the shop and they accept cash only.
